A multi-national and autumn-themed update.

Well, all kinds of things have happened since returning from London, so here comes a conglomeration of descriptions accompanied by a media dump! On Sunday, I FINALLY made it into Sweden, making it my third country in a three-day period (quite an accomplishment, but it's SERIOUSLY about time I went to Sweden. It's essentially closer to Copenhagen than is the rest of Denmark!). We took a ferry into Helsinborg, and, even though we went on a Sunday forgetting that Scandinavia is basically CLOSED on Sundays, we managed some good shopping, GREAT eating and a lovely afternoon (I just googled "Helsinborg" to make sure I was spelling it right, and saw a description saying the city "sparkles like a pearl in the sun" - sums it up quite well, as it's right on the water and is just lovely all around!).
Someone's being a goofball on the ferry!
Sweden is full of cute things like THIS.
Snuggling with the SERIOUSLY YUMMY dessert. In Sweden.
There are hearts EVERYWHERE in Sweden.
:)
These past few days have been sunny, crisp and fall-like. It's hard to experience the colorful changing leaves in the city center, so Sarah and I have spent quite a bit of time in this park over the past two days:

We also were able to SNEAK PEAK into the ZOO next door :)
There's a zebra in there!
Possibly my favorite aspect of going to this park: the dogs! SO MANY DOGS! There are dogs on leashes, off leashes, chasing frisbees, chasing each other, or walking nicely with their owners. It's just the best!
AHH :)
This is absolutely my favorite place to get my "autumn fix" thus far, and I will certainly be returning as frequently as possible as long as it's pretty outside :)

In other, less fortunate news, these next few weeks I'll actually have to WORK hard! :( I get the impression that the teachers try and cram the majority of their assignments in before our travel break (beginning in just a few weeks! AH!), which makes for a hectic few weeks in October. Anyway, there's all kinds of fun stuff happening later this week, so check back!

Hej Hej! Farvel! Vi Ses! Goodbye!
